COSTUME DESIGNER AND MAKER

Gorge is a metaphorical horrific representation of the ideas of capitalism, power, greed, over consumption and glutenism that pains consumers in our everyday lives. It is exploration of the semblance of free-will within a cult like circular power structure which asks the question "do we know what we are consuming". Using the idea of meat as a symbolic metaphor, we push the idea that maybe we don't know all that we need to know about our daily consumption and what are the wealthy, elite and powerful keeping secret from us.
