Purchase Terms
By purchasing goods or services via our website, you agree to the terms outlined at the point of purchase, whether presented on the website itself or in any email communication sent to you by us during the purchasing process. In the absence of specific terms, the general terms outlined here will apply.
Payment can be made using major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via Shopify Checkout, or through Afterpay, Shop Pay, Google Pay, or PayPal. All transactions are charged in Australian Dollars (AUD), and all prices are inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.
Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is not formed until you receive written confirmation from us that your order has been accepted. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.
Cancellations and Returns
Non-Couture Pieces
Items that are not custom-made or couture may be returned provided you contact us by email at pr@parisjadeburrows.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and a brief description of the item(s) you wish to return. Upon approval, you will receive a Return Authorisation Number (RA#), which must be included with your return package.
Items must be returned in their original, saleable condition — unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached — within seven days of receiving your RA# to:

Return shipping is at your expense. We recommend using a tracked or registered postal service as we are not responsible for items lost in transit. If all return conditions are met, a refund will be processed for the original purchase amount, including any shipping fees, within five business days of receiving your returned item. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Couture Pieces
Due to the bespoke and made-to-order nature of couture garments, all couture pieces are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstances. We encourage you to contact us prior to purchase if you have any questions about sizing, fit, or design specifications.
Sale Items
Items purchased on sale are final and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are deemed faulty.
Exchanges
You may request an exchange for non-couture, full-priced items by contacting pr@parisjadeburrows.com within five days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to exchange. Upon approval, you will be issued an RA#, and you must return the item within seven days of receiving this number.
Items must be returned in original condition with tags attached. Exchanges may be made for items of equal value in a different size, colour, or style. Please include a prepaid, self-addressed satchel (such as Express Post) for return delivery of the exchanged item. We are not responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges.
We do not accept exchanges for sale items or couture garments.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are considered non-returnable:
- Couture or made-to-order garments
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Personalised or otherwise customised pieces
- Intimate apparel or goods that cannot be resold for hygiene reasons
Ownership and Risk
Ownership and risk in the goods pass to you upon delivery to the address you have provided. All deliveries require a signature, which serves as proof of receipt and transfer of responsibility. If you nominate someone else to receive the order on your behalf, their signature will constitute proof of delivery and fulfilment.

Styling and Loans
PJB is more than happy to loan pieces out to stylist for photoshoots, red carpet events and more. Please consolust the styles on the website to see the availability of each garment from recent and previous collections.
A Loan fee of at least 10% is required for all loans. If a garment is over $2000 AUD in RRP then Paris or a team member is happy to lower the percentile of the loan fee. We are also more than happy to lower fees and work with in budgets to suit any occasion or project.
To Loan, please contact us through email with a brief of the project/client and the garments you are interested in loaning. We also love to know sizing if applicable as all garments made for the shows are couture and made to fit the models.
When aggreed upon, you will be sent a contract. The contract includes the loan fee and the agreement that dry-cleaning, repairs, shipping/transport is to be covered by the borrower if necessary. It is also stated that If the garments are destroyed that they will be covered and payed in full by the borrower. Also, if garments are returned late, a fee of 10% (of the RRP) per day will be invoice to the client.
Third Party Rights
This agreement is strictly between you and us. No third party shall have any rights to enforce or rely on any provision of this agreement.

Variations
No variation of these terms and conditions will be effective unless confirmed by us in writing. We reserve the right to substitute goods with those of equivalent style, type, and value if necessary.
Shipping and returns:
DELIVERIES WITHIN AUSTRALIA
As a made-to-order couture business, each garment will require time to be completed before dispatch . Once your order is complete and ready for shipment, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email.
All domestic orders are sent via Australia Post using pre-paid tracked postage slips. Delivery generally takes between two to five business days from the time of dispatch, depending on your location.
A signature is required upon delivery, so please ensure that someone will be available to receive the parcel between 9am and 5pm. We can deliver to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers. If you are providing a business address, please include the business name to help ensure a smooth delivery.
If no one is available at the time of delivery, Australia Post will leave a collection card, and your parcel will be held at your nearest post office for pick-up.
Domestic shipping is charged at a flat rate of $15 for all orders and $20 for Express. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES
For international clients, shipping times vary based on location and customs processing. Once your made-to-order piece has been completed and dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking details.
We ship all international orders via Australia Post’s tracked parcel services. Delivery typically occurs within seven to fourteen business days from the time of dispatch, though this may vary if your parcel is delayed by customs.
International deliveries are sent on a Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU) basis. This means that any customs duties, taxes, or import fees must be paid by the recipient once the parcel arrives in the destination country. We recommend checking with your local customs office prior to ordering to avoid any unexpected charges.
International shipping is charged at a flat rate of $40. All prices on our website are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST.
Please keep in mind that all shipping timeframes apply after the completion of your garment.
The times for shipment are dependant on your location. Please refer to the Australia Post times for an idea now how long it will take to get to your location.
